本共轨系统试验台主机传动采用变频无级调速；集喷油泵试验台的完善技术和新型共轨的结合，实现共轨油泵油嘴的检测。通过CR控制系统用户可以设定控制参数，该机模拟ECU输出燃油喷射控制信号，驱动共轨高压泵和共轨喷油器协同工作。本控制系统的喷油器驱动信号脉宽及频率可调；短路保护功能；可以实时测量轨道压力，并具有高压保护功能。

高压共轨试验台基本功能：

1、可测试的电控共轨喷油器品牌：BOSCH、DENSO、DELPHI、CATERPILLAR、CUMMINS、SIMENS。

2、能够测试的高压共轨泵品牌含：BOSCH、DENSO、DELPHI、CATERPILLAR、CUMMINS、SIMENS。

3、具备自动测试电控共轨喷油器的高压密封性、全负荷喷油量、回油量、排放点喷油量、怠速喷油量、预喷射量、预喷射回油量的性能。

4、可自动生成电控共轨喷油器油量修正QRI码。
